Sold us a warranty for our vehicle and then failed to honor that warranty when we made a claim. Said transmission issue had been going on for a while. Well yea, transmissions start failing when they get put into gear. Said the amount of shavings meant it had been going on for some time.
Have a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer, ****** miles, listened to the ** ads, on how great the service would be how much they would cover, well at ******* miles the transmission when out!, So shopped around for repair shops that actually would work with endurance, finally found one, now the fraud is revealed, after contacting endurance they claim that on page 25 on the contract the repairs CAN NOT go over the **** ********* value of the **** WELL at the time of purchase, the mileage and age ALREADY WAS OVER THE **** wholesale valve... read more
I haven't had to use the service yet but the coverage is very good for the price. Customer ********************** was also very helpful when I needed to talk with someone this morning about a billing issue.

The company is fill of it they use technicality to not to cover your plan you pay $100-$150 a month and when you need to use your plan it falls down to Technical things its just a waste of money my car had an issue with the radiator 2 1/2 weeks are so after I got my plan so brought it to the dealer to look at it and on my way to the dealer a warning light came on the dash so while it was going to be at the shop I got them to look at the cause for the light so I got my plan so I can use it and I started to read the fine print... read more

Very dishonest company. They tell you they regular collision insurance but they are not. Fake people with the intended mission to take your money. Quick to make you sign documents. Please watch out for the fraud. regular collision insurance.
