Very dishonest company. They tell you they regular collision insurance but they are not. Fake people with the intended mission to take your money. Quick to make you sign documents. Please watch out for the fraud. regular collision insurance.

They denied my claim on a used vehicle I purchased saying that the issue I had was preexisting and because I did not pay the 10k to fix it, the 20k engine replacement bill was denied. I think that was unfair because that is why I bought the warranty in the first place to cover these types of repair.

RIP OFF ! BUYER BEWARE, WILL NOT PAY ON 100% VALID CLAIMS, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY ! I am contacting the B.B.B as soon as I finish this review. Long story short, they will not pay on a 100% valid claim w/ no refute. They first approved the claim, then shortly there after, denied my claim without any notification prior or after I contacted them, inquiring the hold up.
