RIP OFF ! BUYER BEWARE, WILL NOT PAY ON 100% VALID CLAIMS, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY ! I am contacting the B.B.B as soon as I finish this review. Long story short, they will not pay on a 100% valid claim w/ no refute. They first approved the claim, then shortly there after, denied my claim without any notification prior or after I contacted them, inquiring the hold up. If I could give a -5 I would when I bought the claim the salesman told me it covered the powertrain which is the transmission and the motor which they did not cover. They denied the claim because they said it was pre-existing. I argued with them that any car you pull off a lot could be pre-existing any car new or used I would not use any warranty company. If you must use one use the one that the car lot offers you its cheaper and they will cover your expenses 100%. I bought one the other day off of a new car and it was cheap... read more

C*** I had my 30 days and 1000 miles and they called it pre-existing. Any car you pull off a light can be pre-existing be careful before you use these guys cause they will not pay if they think its pre-existing if the motor has a click theyll say its pre-existing. If the transmission slips they say its pre-existing and they will not pay but The salesman will say oh will cover anything thats transmission or motor anything piece of c*** warranty do not use this company you have been warned I even called Endurance to ask them w... read more

****!!! Stay far away from them! Our engine blew in our 2019 **** edge st with ****** miles and they refused to cover it because of the way the engine blew! Extremely RUDE to my husband and the Ford mechanic that contacted them! Do not waste your money! $150/ month for 2 years and got ********! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM OR YOULL REGRET IT

These guys are crooks they had me take my truck to shop for transmission repairs and mad up stuff to not cover vehicle left me with 5000 mechanic bill that I couldnt pay and I lost my truck because of these guys

Paid $5k for the Diamond Exclusionary Warranty for my Audi. Have had the policy over a year before needing a repair and all of a sudden it's like asking them to perform a miracle to get coverage. They tell you during the buying process that you can take your vehicle anywhere and use any parts, etc, but what they don't tell you is that they nickel and dime the repair facility to death to get the cheapest parts only, diminished labor rates and then they leave you on the hook for taxes, and anything else they don't want to pay ... read more

I've tried to utilize my Endurance policy on two different occasions. The first time was when my alternator went out on a Saturday night and now when the Cam phasers are going out on my 2010 **** f150.Both times they have found a way to weasel out of paying the claim.The first time they told me that the repairs had to be pre approved. Which would have been no problem. But nobody is around on the weekends to pre approve. I called first thing Monday morning and was declined payment because they weren't available. I purchased a warranty with Endurance and my Turbo went out in my ***** Trax. The auto repair shop said that it should be covered under warranty in the contract. Endurance is a scam and will not cover it. Saying because of the seal. They will do anything to not pay for your vehicle to be repaired. Do not go with this company.
