I sign up for policy I dealt with the a salesman name ***** after I gave him my money, he told me I will receive my contract in the email on the same day that never happened when I questioned it they told me it would take *************************************** the system
One of the worse experiences in my life. Bought an extended warrenty at Endurance who refused to honor it when my transmission went; claiming it was due to wear and tear. Took 3 months before an inspector came to look at the transmission and multiple calls to the company. I went up the chain of command to the Endurance CEO who also ignored me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!***************************
I paid for 2 yrs and they said after 1 yr an 4 months later said I'm not covered unless I pay more
On 6/30/2023 I purchased in cash and Endurance Platinum Extended Vehicle Service contract for $3,819.00. I paid this fee in cash and expected my coverage to start. In January my car needed service and the dealership contacted Endurance to verify my coverage. It was then disclosed that I did not have coverage because of a typo error from Endurance's rep taking the Vin Number incorrectly. ***** ********! Cheated me on 2 vehicles. They took my money and ran.
I would run from this company. I had manifold that warp and broke two bolts. The manifold is covered in the contract. Endurance would not cover the manifold replacement because they don't cover bolts and fasteners that break, ******** dealership said the manifold that warped was the cause of the bolts breaking and it would have needed replaced whether the bolts broke or not. They denied paying it and would not talk to me about it on the phone. I could not be more disappointed that i bought this warranty.
What a SHADY company! I signed up for the top plan, 4 payments till the policy was paid in full and my card expired. I received 1 letter after the fact. Contacted them to fix the issue. They should of just honked my nose and said, "thanks for your money kid, we don't care about your issues but we can sell you a new policy.."What a crock!The supervisor "****" even said that they really didn't need to send anything out, it's my responsibly. We purchased a ****** mile power train warranty for a used 2017 ***** Silverado, which costs us $2,449. Shortly after purchasing the transmission went out as well as the oil pump. We started a claim with Endurance and they towed it to the repair shop that we requested. After two weeks of our truck being in the shop we were informed that our claim was being denied because it was not a "catastrophic failure". It was a failure that happened over time. Stay away from this company they sound good, but they will not do what they said to repair your vehicle. They only take your money. And will not refund your money back. Rip-off
