I tried their 30-day trial and the representative told me that theres a money-back guarantee if I cancel within the 30 day period. I canceled the warranty within that timeframe and its been a month now and still they havent refunded the money. The representative became rude during our call when I told him I would have to cancel the warranty. And they were so unresponsive to my emails.

My elderly caregiving client received a letter from Endurance telling her they were ending her car warranty and she needed to call and to set up a new warranty, that they estimate would cost her $150-500 more per year. The fine print states that its an advertisement. They are purposefully trying to trick people into buying a warranty. This is an extremely predatory, fear-based advertisement and Endurance should be taken to court for this.

My warranty said they would cover cv joint repairs and they wouldnt when I needed mine done. So I canceled my warranty in late November 2023. They said I would get a partial refund because I didnt have any claims. They said the refund should be sent out the end of December. Good so I waited? I have asked for a hard copy of my policy 3 times have not received it yet. Kept telling me it was mailed. ?? I would like to read the whole thing through in my hand not on the screen

I advised the company of a leveling kit I had installed on my vehicle. The salesman advised me as long as it was noted at time of warranty purchase there were no issues. The vehicle would be covered. 2 years later I had 2 parts failed which were covered under warranty. The company refused the claim stating I installed a leveling kit. Yes I did. Endurance Warranty Services for automobiles is a scam. I have paid $1,900.00 into this companies so called warranty, My car air conditioner broke down so took car to my trusted lessened local mechanic to find out the evaporator coil is leaking out the refrigerant and needed replacing. We contacted Endurance and were told that the repair will be covered pending their inspectors inspection. Their inspector came out and looked at the car and left. If I was able to give no stars I would, my claim was denied because of a modification ( My rims) so they call themselves rewriting my policy told me to do another thousand miles and another 30 days to deny me all over again saying it's from a previous claim really when I first. The lady never mentioned anything about modifications besides a lift on my car.
