Horrible coverage! When my rear differential failed, they refused to cover because of the failure point. Absolutely worthless coverage. Save the monthly payment and put it towards repair or a new car. Never getting a warranty with Endurance ever again.
They use an outside claims agency that is absolutely horrible to speak with. Their claims adjusters will tell **************** one thing and then do another. I would recommend that they start handling everything in house, instead of outsourcing it.

ENDURANCE extended vehicle service plans, if I could give them a minus one star I would, stay away from this company as far as you can. My wife bought a new car from the ****** dealership in *********, **. and she got her auto loan from the Clark ******************* on ******************* in Hend. **. and the **** had recommend to her to buy an extended vehicle service plan from ENDURANCE, this was a big mistake, and now **** doesn't use ENDURANCE anymore so they could care less about all the people who got the ENDURANCE pol... read more

I found some of the workers untrustworthy. Tried to cancel contract for 60 days and still was unable, until they started taking money from my credit card. No means No!

Do not waste your money! They will find a way to not pay a claim if possible. They denied a claim I filed for replacing a transmission they said because it was rebuilt 7 months ago it wasnt fixed properly, even though I drove it for 7 months without a warning light coming on .The Dodge dealer told me that they were like that after I was denied. So I paid $150 a month for 6 months for nothing !?? they will find a way to deny a claim if possible *********************
Voided my warranty on a technicality, refused transmission repair, refused to refund remaining miles or time on policy. Dealer ended up paying for transmission repair because they disagree with Endurance. Haven't responded to emails throughout the claims process. One of the poorest customer ********************** experiences I've ever.
