Canceled my service the beginning of the month and now i have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my refund. When i ask why does it take that long the *** stated he didn't know.

I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Endurance seems to be the most fraudulent insurance company i have ever come across. It seems to me that they have trained their employees to lure the ppl to enroll with lots of benefits but when times come part that benefits to the customer they will **** you off saying that you are not eligible, why you say that in first place ? I became the living example of this practice recently and will suggest please be aware of it if you have made of your mind to enroll here.

When I cancelled my contract, I never obtained my refund which I am owed to. I previously did business with a company titled Endurance. After paying for several years, when service was needed, I was not able to get it, so I decided to cancel the auto contract. I bought my son a car ion 12/24/2023, purchased this warranty on 12/27/23. My son took his car back to ******* to school and had to come back home to take me to a medical procedure. He told me that the car would jerk at stopping. Keep in mind he had driven this car over **** miles since purchase. He was outside the warranty wait period and the miles according to them. Scammers! They pose as my car warranty holder (which they are not) and inform me via **** that they "...will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed" for my car. They claim that "prices will rise between $150 and $500 per year."In fact , I paid outright for my warranty with another company. I just hope no one falls for this scam.
