Still awaiting a refund for a fully paid for coverage that we had to cancel due to a wreck and the vehicle was totalled. We paid of $3000 in full in May and vehicle was wrecked in late Oct. We had to wait to file the refund until Jan 1 due to an extra total loss credit Camco with Endurance was giving us. But was told the Endurance amount would be paid by this week as it takes 6 weeks to process. No check yet so called them today and they haven't even processed it yet. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ENDURANCE. IT'S A BAIT AND SWITCH. MY POLICY WAS A SECURE PLUS WITH ELITE MEMBER STATUS. I WAS 250 MILES FROM HOME AT 430PM ON FRIDAY. I SPOKE WITH AN AGENT WHO TOLD ME TO CALL A REPUTABLE DEALER AND TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THEM. I CALLED 3 COMPANIES, 2 JEEP DEALERSHIPS IN **********, *******, AND *** *** IN ****** AND NONE OF THEM WOULD TAKE A VEHICLE WARRANTIED BY ENDURANCE, ONE SAID DUE TO PAYMENT ISSUES. One hung up in my face because he didn't know what he was doing. One told me I had been had. And then hung up. These are just ******.

Dont know how they received my phone number, asked multiple times to remove from call list. Phone number is coming up from a small town in **** and they are supose to be a large warranty company based in ********. If you can not call from a number where your company is based out of, I would not trust my money with this company.

Endurance Warranty is a SHADY COMPANY I purchased a Warranty contract in Dec of 2023 I purchased a brand new vehicle February **** I had to call 8 times to get them to cancel my contract on the traded vehicle plus the service rep never told me my contract would still be valid until I sent a cancelation letter back that they emailed and it gas to be notarized don't bother with these people it's better to get an extended warranty through the dealership yes its gonna be more expensive but less hassles with claims or cancelation... read more

ABSOLUTE rip off! Extremely costly and the company makes you jump through hoops. You send them receipts the garage provided you and if they are hand written they're not accepted. Their book says it has to be computer generated. Not every garage has computers. 90% of them use had written sheets with carbon. I have been without my car for over a month waiting for approval only to be denied after making several phone calls. They don't communicate with you at all! I believe this company is a scam a very seldom pay out on claims make you jump through all kinds of hoops and then when you ask for a refund, they tell you its 4 to 6 weeks actually takes longer
