Horrible customer **********************!! ********************** denied my claim for repair to my steering that is clearly covered by the policy I purchased. They're great at selling you a policy and promising that there will be no problem with customer **********************, but when you need them, they totally flop!! Please do NOT waste your time or money!! I will definitely spread the word to all of my friends and family to just save their money to pay for their own repairs. Total rip-off!!

Bad news if you need them. One inspector approved the repairs then they stated that the oil changes were **** mile which is the manufacture with full synthetic. But they say they should **** SO THEY ARE SETTING UP THEIR OWN RULES BUT DON'T TELL THE ***** OR THE **** SHOPS. YOU SPEND HOURS BEING SENT TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE BUT WEEK LATER WAITING FOR ANOTHER PERSON TO REVIEW. IF THIS IS BUSINESS THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDER A ****. I GUESS THAT IS WHY NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB.

This company is terrible very disappointing warranty company have paid for services and no one at the company is proceeding with their obligation. They have given false information on numerous occasions not rectifying their mistakes, just passing you around and leaving you on hold until you disconnect. I only can advise you not to sign up or trust this company. I am escalating my matter.

I have ENDURANCE car warranty for about 10 months now.I went in yesterday to get the car work on.Prep Boys told me it needs $2,200 worth of work that Endurance would not pay for anything. Endurance said it was standard car maintenance owner responsibility.I can see car tune up being standard Maintenace, Cost about $200 for that..but Oil pen leaks and the other problems NO! that is major repairs.just going to have to repair my car little at a time.These car warranty companies are awful had a bad experience with Car shield whi... read more

I bought an extended warranty from Endurance. I bought a new vehicle in October of 2023. Called Endurance to cancel warranty on previous vehicle October 2023. They told me it takes 6-8 weeks for a refund. I thought and told them seemed like a long time but I accepted it. I should have had my refund right before Christmas 2023. Waste of your money. I have always thought this type of product was a waste of money and as it turns out it was. I am not surprised that most mechanical shops do not want to deal with them. The claims process was a disaster and my story is way too long to write here. Also, I do not want to waste anymore of my time and energy on this.If I could give it a minus star, I would.
