I think endurance is a rip off. I canceled my policy and they wont refund my money and theyre trying to charge me for more money on the policy that I canceled. They dont pay the mechanic bills as a matter fact they dont pay anything but they will take your money, I am seeking a lawyer And I will *** them to the **** so please do not get endurance

Endurance has to be the worst warranty. They denied my claim stating it was an impact to my vehicle while *** dealership ****** its a mechanical issue. Ive read the contract several times and the issue should be covered

Horrible company to have. Do not use. They rip you off by promising they cover claims and then cover with the cheapest route they possibly can. The consumer ends up paying more out of pocket than the actual company itself.

Somehow the oil burned out of my car. It needed piston rings and module. It was going to be very expensive to fix. Endurance said they had to have one of their inspections determine the cause. I didn't believe they were going to fix it. First all oil change receipts had to be sent. They were sent in one day. 12 days went by and they still never came. By far the WORST Customer ********************** I've ever encountered!!! Spoke to **** 3 x times and learned that he a) lied about when I would receive my refund b) refused to provide me the contact info for his boss and c) learned though he eluded to having certain authorities in getting things done, that too was a lie. I have the Supreme (the highest coverage) coverage with Endurance for my 2016 ******* ********. Dealers in my area wont work with them due to their onerous process leaving my warranty useless. Avoid Endurance at all cost!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! 0 STARS. they refuse to fix mny vehicle claiming all types of problems. but heres the newest one. they say my truck was not listed as raised and that i did when i purchased the truck from a dealer like that. they are a fraud.
