I was told on the phone when I called to inquire about their insurance, that I should sign up immediately to get all the perks, that it was 100% guaranteed refund if I decide to cancel within a small window. I did cancel once reading the contract, but they kept $29, which was undisclosed as un refundable. Who pays $29 to read a contract! That is not what I agreed to. Glad I got out when I did, but want my $29.

This company DENIED my claim as quickly as they could when a licensed repair facility diagnosed the vehicle when an engine light came on and the first garage said it was a timing chain that needed repair . The vehicle then completely seized a day or two later and the next garage I took it to said the entire engine needed to be replaced!!!The adjusters from endurance agreed but when the maintenance reciepts were submitted the first garage put a $15 additive in the engine and endurance saw that and said I now VOIDED my contrac... read more

Poor customer **********************, they will not let you speak with supervisor and transfer you over to a non responsive hold and eventually hang up on you , pathetic experience, they will cancel your policy without informing you and will not reinstate

Adjuster could not be reached to review a claim, going on four months with our car in the shop without resolution. Repair facility says that Endurance is the least cooperative warranty company they deal with. We have provided documentation of regular maintenance conducted, manufacturer references for all work done while we have owned it, and still have zero movement on our claim for an engine repair. I would be happy to talk to a senior adjuster but unfortunately have only been able to talk with customer ********************... read more

I purchased an auto protection policy in 2023, spoke to a *** named **** ***** and was sold a policy of $194.19 for 18 months. Nevertheless, instead, I began receiving a $165.19 per month charge, I called to question it, the 2nd *** told me that he would rewrite the policy, and credit my account, he informed that he would call back with the details, needless to say, he never called. Customer ********************** representatives are not helpful! Managers never returned calls! Denied claim without proper due diligence! They refused to give any paperwork on reports thats they say they have! Wont honor contract warranty!

Very misleading and do not explain 5service to new customers. I would advise to do your research!!

Very easy to sign up. Was told I had 30 days to review and cancel and I would be fully refunded. Originally I was given all the discounts. Bringing my cost to $139/mth for 25 months. Tried to cancel after reviewing and was given now a senior discounts. I thought I already had that! Now payments down to $109/mth. Still reviewed didnt feel it was something I could do at the time. ******** told us we would not have to worry about anything is something happened to my auto. Year and a half the motor started going out 3 times they denied my claim after I gave them all the info and paperwork they requested. They wouldnt even talk to us person to person . After three times of taking to the shops they referred to us we are out ******* out of pocket expenses and my auto is still not fixed. They are ****** . Do not purchase no matter what they say.
