I called and they told me the front driver and passenger wheel bearing was covered. I was told to take the car to the dealership and for them to file a claim. Once I got there, they filed the claim and it was denied. I told them I just called and they let me know it was covered. Thats why I brought the car up here. Well I called them back and they stated that even though they told me the wrong information was covered, Im still responsible for the diagnostic and they will not Compensate me. Solicited me for $148.00 coverage they said was going to expire on my vehicle. My husband paid it thinking we were in danger of losing our coverage while I was not home. I tried to stop the payment, but they got the money anyway by saying I had authorized it. WE DO NOT, NOR HAVE WE EVER PAID THIS COMPANY FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEIR SOLICITATATION TRICKS YOU INTO THINKING YOU ARE LOSING COVERAGE WHEN YOU ARE NOT!
This company is a rip-off. When comes time to need your warranty. They always come up with some kind of BS reason to NOT pay for the repairs. The one star is because they spelled their name correctly. Don't do it. Find another company.

I initiated the process to cancel my policy, expecting a fair and prorated refund. Purchased warranty on two vehicles, decided to cancel one of them in September. I am due a refund and have been going back and forth with customer **********************. About not receiving the check.After several calls I was told a check had been sent November 28th. Im still waiting for my check. ( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ********************** )

Has been a huge pain in the butt! I still havent gotten my car back and its been at the dealership for 6 weeks ????? this has been very eye opening to the amount of bs a warranty company can pull on customers. Im applauded.

When the mechanic called to see if the items were covered he had a very hard time getting information and then was told that no electrical items are covered under this policy. After spending an hour on the phone with customer ********************** and claims. I was informed because of the age of the truck that the electrical parts that are covered are the items themselves and does not cover wiring or anything else. I could go on for a long time but they have taken enough of me. We heard no we cant at every step working with them. Their roadside assistance is a third party I believe the worst interaction Ive experienced in my life. It took from Monday to Thursday to get my car taken to a shop that would take Endurance Warranty. The two first. were two very respectable car dealerships in town. New policy holder. Was told the policy not in affect till after 1 month and **** miles...this was fulfilled.
