Purchased top tier plan for car at the time of contract purchase it was not salvage title then car was in accident then became salvage title endurance denied claim stating reason for denial was I lied on application about car being salvage title when in fact when I first signed up it was not salvage it became salvage title 7 months later after signing up.

Absolutely horrible customer ********************** and refusal to cover issues. Purchased this warranty thinking I had the best warranty on the market and the dealership was astonished that they sold me a glorified power train warranty with so many exceptions to ensure they never have to pay out. I believe it's extremely important to expose a most critical situation.I had done research for extended warranty companies and chose Endurance.Finally after having the warranty for quite a long time, I had an issue with my vehicle that needed immediate attention.Important to note, my Infinity QX80 has only had service at the Infinity dealer.The issue was the fact of the starter. Horrible, this company has no customer **********************. Customer support is very rude an unsympathetic. They charged me 3 times for one monthly payment for some reason. Also started a claim and all the sudden nothing is covered. Sell nothing but lies... stay far away.

Scam, I called to cancel the warranty a second time. Was told I hadn't called and canceled it at all already. The guy I talked with kept giving me the runaround and didn't listen to a word I said. I finally stop him from going on and on and he (******) wouldn't listen to me. Then he tells me he cancelled the auto payment but It will take 4-6 weeks for my refund because I missed it by one day to cancel. Doesn't make any since to me. All of a sudden I'm one day late. Now I'm getting ******. 3 months. My refund has been processing 3 months and as ****** they tell u same c*** every time u call. And that there is no one higher up. Let me tell you. I'm the one who will not stop till I get mine and my boyfriends refund back!!! That's a promise!!!!! crappy warranty loop holes so they don't have cover nothing for you. Lies.

Endurance sucks!!! You don't even deserve one star!! I canceled my policy because they didn't cover the things I wanted cover so I went with another company that did and they were even less expensive. They said it takes 30 days for them to even send out my refund. Two weeks go by and I still haven't received my refund. So I called and they said they haven't even sent it out yet. just another warranty company that is out there to steal your money - pay monthly and then discover it doent cover anything, ok, that was not my case filly but . The sales rep completely misled me of what is covered . I already have been lied to by car ******* about what is covered or not so before my trial month expired to confirm what i was told .
