HORRIBLE RIP-OFF COMPANY! I was informed when I signed up for the auto warranty If for any reason I was not satisfied I could cancel and would get a pro-rated refund, a few months later I decided to cancel the policy to date I have not received my refund. It's been 3 months and I'm still getting the run-around. My point is if you decide to cancel your policy. I signed up in December 2023- drove my vehicle *************************************************************************** Needed service on brakes, wheel bearings I have the advantage plus coverage apparently they will not pay for anything! (My bill 2k plus) I'm not seeing the benefit.

Very poor service, difficult to reach and waited a full day to hear back from them. Hours listed on website were wrong. Claim denied because they dont include gaskets, seals or hoses, the very things that go wrong on used cars. Pointless and overpriced. Canceled and asked for a refund as per **************** they have to provide within 60 days. Absolute worst warranty company ever! A one star rating is too high. My son purchased this warranty and was told all repairs would be covered. He took his truck to the dealership and first we were told the mileage was incorrect. After providing documents (luckily we kept receipts) we were able to fix the mileage. My account has been canceled in error due to a system glitch and they don't want to continue my policy or give a refund. I have multiple email communications from MEPCO (organization that processes payments) that payments where payed. Scammers ! They know the year and mileage of your vehicle when you sign up . They say nothing about the limit of liability . Meaning that if you have a higher mileage older vehicle , they sell you a warranty that will only cover half or less of the value of what you are paying for the warranty itself . I have a $4600 policy that will only pay up to $2300 . Thats a scam, they never , EVER. Said anything. And its absolute torture calling those people.
