We were Endurance customers for about 3 years. They did pay one major claim and rejected a second because it was basic wear in their opinion. OK, I accept that. Sold the *** that was covered in early October 2023 and requested a refund on the balance of the premium we had prepaid. Given my experience, I would highly warn anyone to not buy a warranty from this company. I was given false information for what the warranty covered as well as pressured into buying it. I was able to cancel the policy, but not before spending 4 hours on the phone, getting disconnected several times and being passed off from one representative to the other more times than I can remember. What extraordinarily HORRIBLE service! I tried to cancel a policy I activated two days previously, and they wouldn't do it. Gave me a load of excuses and tried to get me to keep it, refused to listen to what I had to say. The Customer ********************** Rep was total garbage, wouldn't cancel the policy no matter what. At the end of the day, they charged a "nonrefundable $29" fee to cancel (what kind of garbage was that?). Glad I never tried to file a claim. I agreed to an expensive plan. Only a few weeks after the "waiting period", my car began to vibrate at highway speeds. Endurance denied my claim saying that it was a pre-existing condition. In all fairness, it may have been, but how would I know that? Anyway, I realized that Endurance, or any warranty company, could say deny any claim they choose by saying they have determined it to be a pre-existing condition. Bought a new car in Dec. 2023. Received a letter from Endurance saying their prices were going up. I called them to get taken off their mailing list (suspecting a scam). Some comments and "advice" I received were: "Well, we work with *******, and "you only bought the powertrain coverage" etc. 2 different people trying to talk me into buying more coverage using different tactics. We had purchased the most comprehensive warranty from the dealer. Stay away from these guys!

They sent a letter to an old address , which I have not lived in over 6 years! I just signed a contact (effective 1/8/24) with my new address. The fellow I talked to, I felt never listened, just talked over me. I told him on several occasions that I wanted an authorization that I was NOT getting a price increase. He ignored my request. Wow. Endurance car warrany ,sent me info on a warranty I dont have & demanded I tell them what year make & model car I own.I asked them which car? they would not say for "security" reasons since they have already conducted a prostate exam on me & know everything else but need to tell them more info..This is a scam & unwanted prostate exam by this unknown company that is dishonest by saying I have a warrany.kick this dog to the curb & dont get screwed.

I would give negative stars if it were an option.DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I purchased an extended warranty through them and another company. After I called to cancel to go with the other company, they agreed to increase mileage, lower the cost, and add another plan that was supposed to be better than the one I was going to go with.
