Not happy Im getting my money back for one month but they scammed me back in December making me think it was the warranty company I already had on my vehicle and still do and made me pay $169 telling me it went up for some reason then I find out I just got scammed into buying into another warranty company I know only want $160.60 something dollars back for this month. I have been having SERIOUS issues with the company that they use to do their ********; MEPCO.I have a service contract with Endurance which is supposed to mirror the bumper-to-bumper service contract that I came off of. I hope that they (Endurance) has been up-front with me and that when I need to have something done, it will be covered. MEPCO has been charging my CC for the service plan on the 10th of each month, which was agreed upon. I wish I could give zero stars when I purchase the coverage I was unaware what was not covered since the sales representative stated everything was cover accept for sunroof. Now that I tried to use the coverage it's not covered and I have to pay for the diagnosis of the vehicle. I am canceling this service it's not worth it if you still have to pay out of pocket. What a scam beware of sales representative who don't explain coverage and what's not covered. They took my money for no service given.

**** declined four times repairs. That they sold me I wouldnt have to worry about repairs. Lie lie lie

I called for a quote and they got all information including vehicleID number, make, model, address and email. They said do not have at my address; they should ask the address first and know that they do not offer, now they have all my info and only god knows what they do with that. Very unprofessional

Terrible company terrible service reps they just take your money and refuse to cover things. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I have TWO different different warranties on two different vehicles and ENDURANCE IS THE WORST!! first off they lie about their services. The barely cover anything and if they do cover something its only ***** percent of what it cost to repair. Also when u make a payment they go back in your account and double charge your debit/credit cards without your permission. When you call to confront them they say it is a computer error nothing they can do and will not refund your stolen money!!
