I made about 6 payments then when its time to get my car fixed its now a mileage discrepancy and they give me a full refund but now its different and want to pay half they ***** and dont recommend

Be carefull, buyre beware, paid part of the labor cost which they fail to mention. I was told by sales i would only have a 100 dollar deductible but they didnt pay the total labor cost on my ************. I bought the best coverage they had and paid it up front, over **** for 5 years. They explained they average the labor cost between 3 or 4 labor costs in my area. That came to about 147 an hour which was far under dealers repair charge. Also had to buy the parts from them which did keep the cost down. End of story had wheel... read more

Tried to file a claim, Was told there was an 800 mile discrepancy in the mileage. Advise that their respresentative must have keyed in the wrong mileage. They ask for a document showing the mileage a year ago. WHAT! I have been paying for 2 years with no claims. I have been calling and producing documents that I do have. It has been two weeks. My car is still at the dealership! All endurance will say is that we are still working on it!

This company is a SCAM. Once they take your money, they say you have 30 days for cancelation and when you call for cancelation they give you the run around that you need the dealers warranty coverage and that you have to have their policy coverage to compare Bla, Bla, Bla. and will not refund the deposit AT ALL! Don't ever apply to this company or you will loose your money and go through a head ache talking to this people!

Stop wasting your money, they don't pay when you have issues with your vehicle. They will try to find any possible reason to denied it.

I have had Endurance for a little over a year I have the Diamond Exclusionary plan on a 2014 Audi A4 and it did absolutely nothing for me when a repair was needed I still had to pay $300 to the shop plus an $100 deductible for a repair that's supposed to be covered. Very Unsatisfied and I would not recommend and I will be ending my contact Crooks!!!!

Their customer ********************** is good but the sales person I had still hasn't gotten promised paperwork to me. She messed up my address after carefully explaining my extreme circumstances. 3rf pmt due and NO paperwork yet
