This is the most unorganized company I've ever seen in my life !! Our son first bought his policy in July 2023. He seemed pleased so we bought our extended warranty as well in September 2023. I was called by this company and the person who called stated I needed to UPDATE my auto warranty. Since I do have one, I continued w/the call. After I was told I needed to make a deposit and continue payments for ** amount, I asked if this was added to my current payment or is this a new total. I was told new. Then I asked why my PLATINUM coverage was now changing and he said I have gold. I knew there was something not right. Endurance warranty is a scam. I was told by my repair company to purchase a warranty from them since they are the best. However it is a lie. I will keep writing these reviews until a solution is found the bbb gave them a d-. I wish I had read more reviews before buying this warranty. I stopped payment today on the premium. Endurance Auto Warranty is running a Ponzi Scheme. The company wants to decline my claim because I have 22 in tires on my car and not the 20in tires that came on it. But when I got the warranty, I was told by a service rep that as long as I'm under 4 inches I'm good. However, this company authorized the dealership to tear down my engine and call them back with what caused the lifters / rockers arms to rattle. Since they denied my repair, I want my car back. I am disgusted with the decision I made to sign up with Endurance When I joined I advised the representative that the mileage was more than currently showing ,due to replacement of a faulty cluster ,******* said no problem the response was recorded ,until today where upon no further payments would be paid as the mileage did not concur with the actual mileage ,prior to the cluster issue I believe the mileage was approx ****** which as already stated advised ******* who said all was okay , not true Car Fax recorded my mileage ... read more

Terrible company....Got a warranty, they have refuse work went submit, causing hoses was the problem...when I canceled the warranty. I was told to start my exit mileage....This is a joke just like ENDURANCE...I paid ot over $1000 , I just getting $7 ,saying its an clause stating it would charge over $500for the contact ,what an get over,an ******** company I wouldnt refer anyone to this company

DO NOT TRUST, I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST this company!First things first, I made a service appointment to have my oil changed. In the process of me waiting for my service appointment my check engine light came on. After light came on I went to my nearest parts store to have my van scanned to get ahead of the issue before I dropped my car off. After my car was scanned they told I could need spark plugs or an ignition coil. I took the printout to the dealer on my appointment day and dropped my van off.
