They completely ****. They lie and blame you the consumer. The representative I spoke to *************** was unprofessional and argumentative. THEY didn't cover my vehicle, only took my money. Horrible experience. They to my info over the phone to open the account, but I have to get a form signed by a Notary to close my account. What sense does that make?

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Not only did they s**** us on the policy which made me cancel. But then they wont even refund my money I paid upfront, they have given me three dates in all which have failed to process and go through. Absolute worse company. Now giving me a date of January 18th. Its a scam. They will take your money and wont even follow through on their own contract agreements which doesn't surprise me as to why they cant follow through or calculate and refund properly.

This is nothing but a scam what's told too you when getting the warranty is not covered or either it expired which wasn't again explained all I can say is don't waste ur money or time with this bogus warranty

I took my 2013 ****** truck to the shop December 21 due to a loud noise was told the wheel bearings were out so they had to call an adjuster to come out well he couldn't come one day he had an emergency then of course it was the weekend he finally came on 29 December And denied the axle. The shop said the wheel bearings went out. He approved the wheel bearings but they said that the wheel bearings messed up the driver side axle which he denied fixing. I was told the down payment would be waived if I signed up on the first call. The next day I was charged $120 and called back to cancel the policy. The lady instead refunded my money and lowered my monthly payment and told me my first PAYMENT wasn't due until the next month. Turns out she wrote up a completely new contract (that I never signed) and only postponed the down payment which meant that when my alternator went out a month and half later I still was not covered. Absolute joke of a company. I cancelled my policy when I sold my car in June of 23. They owe me money and have still not been refunded 6th Jan 24

The salesman says it covered everything but after the car broke down it covered nothing after I paid them 900$ in fees already; stay away scam

I cancelled my warranty on October 12, ****. I submitted all necessary paperwork on that date. As of today, January 5, ****, I have not, as yet received my $313.00 refund!!I have called numerous times and been given a flimsy excuse.This company is not at all reputable and is keeping customers money just to draw interest for them!!! Called to cancel my fathers plan as he passed away and they kept trying to sell me on keeping it. The process of canceling the plan requires a notary. Then they signed my email up for their mailing list without my permission.
