I applied for warranty online and paid the required amount of $127.88 + $29. I then was notified they needed more info. The money was immediately deducted from my account. Then I was called and another contract started and I was told I would have to pay again. I said I already paid and I demanded the other payment needed to be repaid ASAP. Absolutely terrible. I tried to use the warranty and they denied the claim. After I sold the car, I canceled the warranty and have been waiting for over 3 months for a refund. When I call, I can't get a straight answer. Complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

This company is a scam. Never did I have to file a claim and now a couple of years later that we do have to file a claim it is being denied over something we had no idea about. $3000 dollars of payments (to date)thrown away because of us not taking our vehicle to get serviced within 7 days of opening up our policy. They are good at selling it to you but fail to give you that simple piece of information and blame it on you for not reading a 30 page policy book. Don't ever get this warranty company. I canceled my policy back in November and im still waiting for my refund. Their published 30 days guarantee refund is a joke. And as of today I'm still getting the run around. The 5th of January and still waiting.

This is a scam! I was sent a letter stating I had a warranty with this company for a vehicle in another name! I only own one vehicle and have never had a warranty with this company! They are asking for money to extend a warranty that does not exist! BEWARE!

If I could give zero stars I would. When I first purchased warranty I was told everything was covered and could take to dealership to have work done. Plus my rental would be covered starting day one. First I needed to put in ****'s before going to get anything checked out. No problem as I didn't have ant issues on my vehicle. When I did take in to have it checked bcuz the sliding door wouldn't lock or open. I took it in waited for almost 2 weeks for a simple 2 day or less job. It gets denied plus rental is denied.
