Total nightmare trying to file a claim. My car has been gone for 2 weeks already for a 2 day job. Every 2-3 days, they ask for something different. 1st it took the adjuster 4 days to come out. Then I had to turn in oil changes, ??, then it was take turbo off to send ?? ??, now they want a video of the turbo off. Remember, if denied, that's 7 extra hours I'm responsible for, when they could have asked for a video the 1st time the turbo was taken off. Needed a new engine for my truck due to a non oil-change related issue. Endurance, after 3 months denied the claim stating a discrepancy in our oil change records. They made this decision after they had the dealership tear down my truck to find out what caused the issue. Then when the dealership had the cause, they refused to send an inspector out and denied the claim. We produced all our oil change records from the time of purchase (2 years). According to their website you have multiple ways of contacting them to have yourself removed from all methods of contact. It's a lie. I called the number and was told there is no way to remove my name. The lady just about called ME a liar so I started reading the website to her...she hung up.

I recently had to have my alternate replaced on my car and they only wanted to cover what they could have sent to ************** instead of allowing ************** to use one that they could warranty. As a result of this, I wound having to pay $250 more on top of my $100 deductible

Well, had a great conversation with a representative named *** who boasted about Endurance being their own Administrator. I was calling to start coverage on three vehicles, with a price quoted at $198 for 27 months for one vehicle, all was good, until I reminded her this was a cursory call to gather facts and prices. Per the dealership mechanic, my engine failed due to a timing chain issue. I was told by Endurance my claim was denied because an oil sample that had been supposedly sent to an oil lab for testing came back as a different viscosity of oil than my oil change receipt stated.
