This business is a fraud. They advertise about warranty, but when you call to make a claim, they deny it. They don't cover sensors which is a major component for vehicles. I am so disappointed that I have paid these people for over a year, with nothing to show for it

I had the worst experience with endurance it cost me out of pocket $12000 they did nothing to help me. They did everything they could not to pay for it Dont use them

I feel like I was dupped. When I bought my coverage, I was told I was buying the "premium" coverage that gave me bumper to bumper coverage. Come to find out that "seals and values" were an add-on. We discovered a problem with our car, took it to an authorized repair shop who informed Endurance it was a seal and value issue, Endurance then proceeded to instruct the shop they needed proof and to tear down our engine. Terrible company. I had 2 cars enrolled and they said it would be best coverage came to make a claim and not covered. I sent in cancellations to the email provided no response and card was charged.Company is a scam

Pretty much told me on phone that I can cancel anytime I never use it, l found one half the price cheaper and covered more so I canceled it. Only refunding half of what I sent to them, stating they take a percentage out of it must be a 50% percentage that IT does not State on contract how much and that is not right when they told me I would get a lot more signing up. This company has horrible service. It is a complete waste of money. They go thru great pains to make sure they can deny your claim. They make false promises on the front end, then have a completely different explanation on the back end. Their hold times are ridiculous. Customer ********************** doesn't have a clue about what company does or how it works. They've denied both claims I've filed and can't explain why. This complaint is regarding Endurance warranty company.They you their warranty coverage but when you go to use it they say it doesn't cover the things that were repaired.

Horrible company to work with! I would give 0 stars if I could. They delay everything. My van has been in the shop for 2 weeks first waiting on an inspector to come out and approve what the dealership said needs to be fixed. Now, they are waiting on someone to call back and approve the repairs a week and a half after the inspection. Then the company denied some repairs saying I have to get the problem on video while driving.
