They have basically stolen our money. We can't start a claim on repair while vehicle sits in mechanic shop. Because Endurance claims that Mepco payment processing is holding back money paid for this warranty. Mepco now tells me it's Endurance.My husband uses truck for work while he's out of town for work and has to uber right now back from hotel to *******. We do not get calls back ever I have to call everyday

I would not recommend this company; it is a total scam. I attempted to submit two claims, and both were rejected. I lost my car key over the weekend and gave Endurance a call, only to find that they were closed. Upon reviewing the mobile app, I noticed I had key fob replacement coverage. I then called a mobile locksmith and obtained a new key, covering the expenses myself, thinking I was protected by Endurance. The Endurance company charged me for deductible and difference of actual labor cost. 421 at Christmas time! Not the $100 deductible! Beware!

Do not be fooled by this company. They are sending out letters that make it seem your auto insurance has run out and you need to renew with them. Letters are very formal and intimidating. Even have my make and model of my car. Where did they get this? Reading the letter, it sounds as if you wont have coverage if you dont go through them. Buyer beware! Dont trust this company to be honest in their sales pitch! Would you pay $3,159.00 to cover your vehicle for ****** miles? I dont think anyone would, but that is what this company tried to do to me. This company is a rip off. I paid multiple months on this policy just for them to tell me I had a car with a title that they couldnt fix. That should be checked before someone gives out money to them. I loss a lot of money just for them not to honor the policy. They are unprofessional and rude when I tried to get this cleared up.

They consistently paid less than the actual cost of covered repairs. Now they're claiming the value of our vehicle has fallen below what they have already paid for previous repairs, and because of that, they're not going to pay toward any more covered repairs. This complaint is against Endurance Warranty Services LLC and the unfair practices which they incorporate. My claim #CL11277001. On September 28, 2023, I took out two (2) policies - 1 for my 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL & 1 for my wife's 2015 Buick Verano. Was sent an email, same day, stating that policies would arrive via email within next couple days.
