Doesnt stand behind worry/stress free. Filed a claim on vehicle 2 weeks before Christmas, claim got denied. This is our only vehicle and i have 2 kids. Shop is going to charge me **** for repairs and thats money i dont have. I paid **** for this warranty to keep from facing future repair charges so now im gonna be out a total of **** for a **** dollar repair.

pestered me, called noon stop, finally sent me to web page that had my car make and type, only to find out the expert I finally got to to answer my calls said they didnt cover my car, I simply tried explaining that their web site showed my make and model as an option and HE HUNG UP OON ME. classy!

Worst customer ********************** ever- they will never call or email you, you will get a different story from every person you speak to, it will take them weeks and several different people just to attach requested prior work invoices to your claim, your car will sit in the shop for a month, they will NEVER call or email you, and they will find a way to falsely deny your claim. I will not recommend ths company. My car is a 2017 and it was a 2017 when I purchased this policy. Now due to age of the car this failure was likely to occur.And my claim was denied.

I paid for the warranty, my vehicle was involved in an accident and they did not tell me it would void coverage. All the meanwhile they continued to take monthly payments out of my account. I have tried contacting various supervisors and support from their phone lines with little to no assistance. I am constantly passed around and told to call back with no resolution, just that a supervisor isn't available and to try again at a different time.
