I called in yesterday after seeing Motortrend and other rating sites recommended this company. HUGE MISTAKE! I've had my Endurance warranty for 7 months. I had a check engine light on my vehicle and took into a local Chevrolet dealership in **********, ***** Nov 15, 2023. Now it's December 8, 2023. The dealership and I have called the adjuster assigned to our claim every day for the past 6 business days. We've gotten no call backs. Unfortunately, this company sends out deceptive letters worded to convince people that they are already signed up and using this service. They slyly allow people to sign up. Then for those that need to cancel, they dont respond, dont process refunds, and even require a document to be notarized. Wow! Notarized! Endurance Warranty Service sent me a letter informing me that the contract extended warranty I purchased on my 2014 Dodge Challenger would not be honored. Why did they inform me of this? Because they are losing money on the contract and so they just voided it. If there is fine print on the contract the local Dodge dealer sold me I was not aware of such fine print. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. All of their "good" reviews are fake. I recently purchased a coverage contract "platinum" level on 7/7/23 for my 2019 Audi S4. The person who sold me the contract over the phone was *******. At the time, my car had ****** miles on the odometer. I received a letter from this company today and I never heard of it until today. I do not have a policy with them, but yet they are "informing" me they can no longer honor the service contract designed specifically for my vehicle. What vehicle you ask? I am happy you asked. This company denied a valid claim and WILL NOT have a manager speak with me. The customer ********************** rep said "He is well aware of your calls, you are not high on the priority." Unacceptable ... ******** Dealership said my claim is 100% valid and that the cause for failure is covered under my policy. I took my Ram **** into the shop for an ABS pump replacement (restricted) and a small oil leak. After about 5 days of inquiring the service tech said he called and the claim was denied by Endurance because it has aftermarket wheels (which were on it when I purchased it). When I called I was told that the contract states that any aftermarket upgrades will disqualify the vehicle without paying for a supplemental plan.
