First time customer and last time customer they lied about my coverage sold my information to 2nd party. All around is ********. Car shield is ******** too. My advice find you a nice shop and pray they have a warranty program. Do not waste your money or your time. I just canceled my contract today I advise you do the same. I was sold a gold package thats not even through endurance.

This warranty company is an absolute scam! I will never go through them every again. They made up their own requirements with every call we made, never emailed our signed contract, and refused to honor the claim with invalid reasons. The customer ********************** (minus one precious lady) was extremely rude, very unhelpful, and not one of them told us the same information. I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option.

They did a great job selling the policy. That's where the good part stops. I was sold a policy and told to upgrade it to make sure all of my electronics were covered in the event of a malfunction. So when my touch screen started on the ***** I confidently approached and submitted my claim and they tell me. "you didn't buy the right package" So I cancel the policy of course because they sold me the policy, they made recommendations i act on those recommendations and they don't deliver. I purchased a $4000 policy what I thought was a good policy to cover unexpected repair costs if something happened to my truck which I meticulously maintained it with a certified mechanic. Started having problems with the transmission slipping in low gear. Call Endurance and went to a recommended transmission shop from them. Was evaluated and was told need to be rebuilt. Sent documents showing my mechanic had replaced the transmission and oil filter lines. who recommended not replacing the transmission fluid at that time. I ... read more

Horrible experience. so glad I did not need them for a car repair!! i Googled them they are coming in as numger 1, I should have started my search here, the people that are leaving the one line good reviews are more than ****** CEO's. I had the contract for 11 months while driving the car then sold it. Haven't had my vehicle for almost a month now, because endurance has made me and my mechanic jump through multiple hoops. Upon inspection of a COVERED repair, according to my policy, the claim was denied with the statement as follows, "This damage and damage characteristics were deemed pre-existing." With no explanation on how they decide what damage characteristics are pre-existing and which are not, they gave me no other information. Don't waste your money on this company. Purchased a policy from them. Fast forward I put my vehicle in the shop was told it needed and AC compressor, Power Steering Pump, and Alternator. It took the shop three additional days to get the claims department on the phone to approve the work. They wanted to send out an inspector because the job was over $2000. Absolutely horrible! I was promised high milage was covered. Once it was time to use the warranty they gave me a bunch of lies and said my trucks milage was too high and I'm not covered and no refund will be issued. Thieves all of them!

This has got to be the worst warranty company I have ever seen. Was told when they cancelled my warranty for oversized tires that I would get a full refund of 560 something now after 7 weeks of waiting on said refund I get told I am getting ****** and to talk to a supervisor I have to wait 72 business hours for them to call me to try and get my full refund. You also can never talk to the same person its always someone new.
