After reading so many complaints about auto warranty companies, after i agreed to sign up. So it raised my suspicious nature. I had made 2 monthly payments to Endurance Mepco towards a 4 year $6000.00 warranty for my car. I gave Endurance $446.52, never made a claim, my car is running good, drove the requested **** miles in 30 days. I spoke to an Endurance rep and told him i want to cancel, i had to complete a cancellation form, with a Notary Public and faxed it back, so i figure i would be reimbursed with a pro-rated amount... read more

They mail you letters saying your car warranty is expiring when you never had a warranty with them. The send you one every month no matter, once they get your address. If you sign up you have 30 days to cancel BUT they wont send you the policy until the 30 days is over. Even tho they take payment immediately they wont cover any problems until after 30 days sign up. The did cancel my policy and refund my money in a timely manner.

This company sends out "notices" that a price increase may be pending. Oh, really? I don't have a policy with them but called the dealership to make sure it wasn't my actual extended warrantee. What a waste!

I purchased a $4,905 policy which I paid monthly on for years. My final payment was a 1/2 payment and I was late to pay. I got a letter saying it would be canceled if I didnt pay by Sept. 14. I sent in the payment through my bank on Sept. 14. I It was for $116. They received it 3 days later. I WAS NEVER REFUNDED THE $116. So I assumed it was taken care of. They are the worst company I have ever worked with, they call you a liar and accuse the customer of Fraud , just so they can get out of paying a claim, I will be getting my money back, and suing them for breach of contract.

I highly recommend not getting Endurance warranty services I was told all electrical components where covered then when I filed a claim I was denied they said it wasnt covered & I called customer ***************************** did not care so I cancelled my policy they are the worst do not use them

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra ***** Edition, ****** miles. I have been with Endurance a very short time, 4 to 6 months and my A/C went out. I took it to ************************ my regular shop in **********, **, told owner my problem and my warranty Coverage was with Endurance. Bought a 2011 *** 550 for my wife for Mother's Day. Two years later an oil pump failure required an engine replacement. I got the run around and eventually I was denied the claim. I did everything I was required to do as far as maintenance and regular services. I even had a *** tech explain that what happened was unforseen and not my fault. I even offered a compromise to extend my contract another two years so they could recoup some of the $14,000.00 that it would cost to replace the engine. I didn't get any response. Endurance auto warranty is the absolute worst company that I've ever dealt with. Ever! They promise that they will cover oh so many parts on your vehicle and then when you bring the vehicle into the dealership, they cover nothing. I just paid $220 for an endurance warranty and when I got to the dealership, they denied everything. I had multiple basic repairs that needed to be done to my 2014 F150 and they didn't cover anything whatsoever.
