If I could give them a negative stars I would. Had wheel bearings go out on a dodge caravan resulting in a $1000 repair bill that was denied although had the prime coverage. Was told the spindle was covered but not the bearing although the spindle and bearings are one and the same. Extended car warranties are a SCAM!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This company definitely is very misleading. I was completely mislead and blatantly lied to in a phone conversation but as the final employee I talked with told me there is no proof of what was said in our conversation. I had a difficult time canceling both my vehicles warranties. I'm sure so they could get more money from me and they still lied and tried to scam me more. Unethical and unprofessional business practices. On my first attempt to file a claim I was told the policy I purchased did not cover the part and I would have to pay more to get the part covered in the future. I was never offered a higher level policy. Needles to say upon upgrading my current claim would still be denied. So, I chose to cancel. Submitted the cancellation letter that was sent to me. Received a letter 11/15/2023 stating that the extended warranty that I originally purchased at the same time I purchased my vehicle would not be honored unless I paid them an additional fee of $179. I contacted the company, because I DIDN'T purchase an additional warranty, and I had no idea what they were talking about. I asked to opt out of any communications from their company. Scam, scam, scam!!! Do not engage in business with this company. Paid into the vehicle warranty contract for a year and half. The first time I attempted to file a claim I was on hold for over an hour multiple times as was the repair facility every time they attempted to call the claims department.Once the claim was filed we were told it would be over a week before the vehicle would be repaired or more with an inspection; then they called and stated a new claim would need to be filed for no reason. *SCAM* I called and spoke to *************************** to cancel a policy on a vehicle I no longer had. He would not take no for an answer. Not only did he not cancel the policy he was very rude and disrespectful when I told him I was not interested in a policy for my new car. I ended up calling my bank and disputing the charge and stopping the auto payments on my end. This company is horrible. They will take your money with no problem but when it's time to pay out a claim they will find a loop hole of an excuse to avoid from paying you. I had a warranty with them for 18 months and never used a claim. Down the road I had an engine failure. They told me that it was caused by a rusted bolt and they won't cover it. The company is a full scam.

Had the service 8 months with no claims and had to cancel for other reasons. I canceled in 7/2023 and have been requesting my refund since the 6 week wait period ended. They said ******* filed my refund request wrong the first time and said I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks more. This is a huge red flag and screams this company is deceitful and Shady. If I were you DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. The reviews on this company with high scores have to be false. Turn away and don't put yourself in this quicksand.

Currently on the phone attempting to cancel my polcy, evpu6328428 and the amount of push back I'm receiving. ***** is not a good individual. By all means cancel my contract
