Horrible company. Called them and dealership did too. Needed a new power steering gear box in my 2013 **** PU. Said had to send an inspector out (never came) to approve. Also needed my bill of sale in order to continue. Bought this truck in 2016. Did not have a bill of sale then and don't have one now and my contract did not state ANYWHERE that was a requirement. They are slick! I received a letter in October stating my extended warranty was near expiration. In truth, I do have because I need one after purchasing a vehicle. However, a couple of items... 1) *******, *****, stated my warranty was expiring in a month. Fact: After speaking with the dealer, no I have over a year left. They would not pay for inspection of vehicle problems less deductible. They would only cover hose however not problem parts or fluids. As well as many other found issues. Costumer service was poor. Would not refund monthly payment although they never covered anything.

The warranty coverage from this company is a scam and your are better off putting the policy amount away each month into a savings account for when you need it. They put multiple and unreasonable hurdles in the way that make the completion of the claim non-viable. In my case they wanted me to pay an estimated $2,000 to pin point the point of failure in a sealed transmission by tearing down the transmission. They is horrible find all type of things to not fix your car and when you call them they be wanting to redo your contact with another down payment bc they mess up and its jus not fair to the ppl the paying they money for a warranty endurance is a rip off this was send to the better business bureau alone with several letter from my attorney

Endurance asked for the cancellation letter from CarShield and 3 oil change receipts, which we provided, someone from Endurance said 2 receipts was sufficient, now they are saying we need to send a 3rd one which we did. Tot waste of money????The warrenty company told me I could take my truck to ANY certified mechanic shop which I specifically asked before purchasing the warranty.When I called months later to use the warranty, I was told they would send me via email. List of mechanic shops in my area. I said excuse me.. I was told I could take it to any certified mechanic, they said not at all.They sent me the list of shops, all tiny hole in the wall shops.. Stay away from Endurance!! They deserved a zero star!! will give you the best sales pitch and when its time for repair , they dont want to do anything. I should have stayed with car shield . They dont want to fix my transmission cus its from wear and tear . How do you expect me to drive a vehicle without wear and tear . I will have my lawyer contact them **** . This lady called my line and after speaking with her for 4 mins, I declined the services. She in turn threatened me and said she will mark my vehicle as high risk. After I ended the called she repeatedly called my line from different out of state numbers harassing me and leaving obscene messages.
