Contract with Endurance was cancelled on 10/17/2023 and told at this time my refund would be processed in (30) days. Spoke with endurance today regarding the status of my refund, they informed me that as of today they are going forward with my refund instead of the date the cancellation was emailed to them. I requested that I would like to speak to a Supervisor and the young lady told me that there was no Supervisor available.

**** I thought I was the only one They don't keep they word They told me when I signed up for endurance that I have to wait 30 days OR **** miles before putting in claim ...so 3 months pass I done paid ...a noise coming from hood I get diagnostic done they said it was the motor ....so they call endurance .. endurance denied claim and said I need more miles on the car and to put another claim in when i get the correct miles..let's not forget about the OR ....so I get the correct miles and have to get another diagnostic done a... read more

THIS IS THE WORST EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING! ALWAYS FIND A REASON TO DENY THE CLAIM. This company is a rip off. They refuse to pay for claims and when I questioned the claims worker ***** she hung the phone up in my face.. I wish I read the reviews first. I was told they do not provide written documentation on why they deny a claim. Horrible Service. This insurance is a scam. Do NOT i repeat DO NOT buy this repair insurance. They will come up with excuses to not repair your vehicle. Also they do not even contact you at any point to let you know they wont approve repair. My vehicle sat at dealership for about 2 months. The employees lie and say they are the Manager. And of course they are NOT. Do not waste your money this insurance is a ripoff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 Stars is there rating.

Endurance uses practices that go directly against their customers being able to use their auto warranty. They told me themselves whoever did my policy put the wrong info in the application. So after paying monthly they decided that because of the inaccurate odometer documentation from their employee that I would have to start a new policy and that the problem my car had wouldn't be covered because now it's considered pre-existing.. They are a cess pool of scammers.

Endurance has no intention of pay for any maintenance repair as their contract states. Rude customer ********************** agent and when provide the correct information as requested (which there customer ********************** said was sufficient) theyfound other reason not to pay a claim. They accused me of falsely giving them information. Which I can prove with multiple invoices that the information given was accurate and correct. They just don't want to pay a claim

I wish I could do zero stars. My car went in an accredited Chevrolet dealership for a needed repair. I had Endurance Extended warranty. It took the head mechanic 4 days to finally get a representative on the phone regarding my repair. Rep said he would send out a claims adjuster on a certain day and time. Adjuster never showed up. Took another 5 days to get someone on the phone to find out what to do next. We both called and we both were placed on hold for over 1 hour.
