This company denied my claim (camshaft failure) under the opinion the failure "in all reasonable mechanical probability" occurred prior to the expiration of the waiting period (It didn't). An inspector cranked up the truck and filed his report. I appealed and they offered to send a second inspector for a deeper look if I had the engine torn down (at my expense). I did. I would give this company "0" Stars, except the portal will not allow so. The sales rep misrepresented their warranty service letting me know that i was fully covered if anything happens to my vehicle. I bought into it, and then when shove came to push, they did not honor it. They told me everything is in the contract. Absolutely a scam. I paid my monthly premiums consistently. When I finally needed to use them my auto dealership stated they did not cover the charges to repair my vehicle. I strongly recommend not using Endurance or any of their third party subsidiaries. Yes, Endurance uses multiple names and claims all the companies are under their umbrella. If you need a good auto warranty company look elsewhere Endurance is NOT it.

Will bully you into buying a policy on the spot and say its completely refundable. Then when you cancel for a full refund within the 30 days, they will not refund the activation fee as promised. Had to speak with 3 different people to get this resolved. As some one who also works in sales, I wouldnt trust this company. When I try, did you cancel my policy because I found a better price with the competitor, instead of canceling my policy right away, they sent me BBB information on competitors and continue to trash them. This company is nothing but a scam. They will come up with any excuse they can to not pay. The cvt Transmission faild on a 14 **** fusion and they refused to fix it, because it was 1 qt low on fluid and had a non visible leak. Dont waste your money.

Worse warranty company ever!!! (They will lead you on). My policy number is (EVPU6280158) with Endurance. I purchased my policy for my daughter who is in high school and driving now. These folks denied my claim regarding my 2009 Outlander.I pay them them on time each month, yet I was informed that my claim was denied due to my car not falling within the recommended threshold date. This company is such a JOKE. After you pay your monthly fees, when something goes wrong with your vehicle they come with all kind of c*** not to honor the claim..I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE

If anyone is in the market for a car warranty, i advise you to STAY AWAY from ENDURANCE. I repeat, STAY AWAY from Endurance!!! They dont pay claims and when you cancel due to that reason, they prorate your return.I was doing the plan where i pay monthly. I paid them almost $900.. they are giving me a refund of $245!!! I basically just gave them $600 for NOTHING!!! The company is not up front with you when they sell you there, warranty. I told them before they sold me the warranty. To give me the best one.
