When I was inquiring about warranty I was told parts and labor would be covered at a dealership making repairs and rental would be covered from day one. Then when I took my vehicle after waiting period and **** miles to get checked I find out that nothing is going to get covered even though I purchased the premium warranty and I had to pay over $1800 for parts labor and rental.So no claim was paid I did cancel right after but endurance didn't start refund process until I called again to ask. I don't understand how a company sends out mail advising me of the 2023 price increase ( it's already Oct 2023) that has my name address and a " customer code" to reference to. I'm in **. They are informing me that I should call by 10/26/23 so they can continue to do honor the service contract pricing that was designed SPECIFICALLY for My Vehicle. There is no way I would ever trust a company with the warranty of my automobile when I get sub-par service for a simple request. Today, I called Endurance to get my name removed from their mailing list. I don't know if *********************** is just a rude person in general or if he felt he should be that way because I was not calling about using their service. Zero Stars!! I have a top reir warranty and they will not honor my claim. They only want to use the cheapest parts or refurbished parts. They are the worst!!! A total rip off! Do not use this company!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Im a former customer who was told by ********************** that my torque converter was a preexisting condition. I qualified to have this unseen problem fixed, but I had only had the policy for 2 months, so they randomly determined the needed repair was preexisting. In reality, the only reason I took my car to ********************* was because I could feel that something was wrong, as I could feel that something wasnt right. I did not like the service.I was not given a legitimate reason for denial of my claim. I ask for them to give me the reason in writing. They need to accommodate them hearing impaired. They refuse to put my denial in writing., They did not provide the service I payed for and did not put the denial reason in writing. I am devastated. I can not afford the repair of my engine. I was covered and they did honor the claim. I feel like I have been scammed. I feel hopeless and overwhelmed to have no car to drive now.

I want to give a 0!!!! Beware of this company!!! They pressure you to buy, they gladly take your money but then try to deny claims for bogus reasons. They make it hard to cancel and then dont want to issue a refund!!! Terrible company

My father died of cancer complications before the Business Incorporation date of May 2006.What possible reason could explain a company digging up the contact for a man who was on his death bed by the time this company existed?FWIW; the customer ********************** representative was very kind when I was not. But a bad company that hires good people is still a bad company

Endurance Cancel my policy and and didn't notify me that they hand refuse to replace an engine. That was totaled in my *** 2013 X5. The engin was $11,ooo to replace.. After I had passed all of the initial constraints to receive coverage.lovsax@ gmail.com.. I ended up giving the vehicle back to the finance company. Thanks a lot endurance.. And I also hope that an intern's executive sees this
