I did not like the service.I was not given a legitimate reason for denial of my claim. I ask for them to give me the reason in writing. They need to accommodate them hearing impaired. They refuse to put my denial in writing., They did not provide the service I payed for and did not put the denial reason in writing. I am devastated. I can not afford the repair of my engine. I was covered and they did honor the claim. I feel like I have been scammed. I feel hopeless and overwhelmed to have no car to drive now.

I want to give a 0!!!! Beware of this company!!! They pressure you to buy, they gladly take your money but then try to deny claims for bogus reasons. They make it hard to cancel and then dont want to issue a refund!!! Terrible company

My father died of cancer complications before the Business Incorporation date of May 2006.What possible reason could explain a company digging up the contact for a man who was on his death bed by the time this company existed?FWIW; the customer ********************** representative was very kind when I was not. Endurance Cancel my policy and and didn't notify me that they hand refuse to replace an engine. That was totaled in my *** 2013 X5. The engin was $11,ooo to replace.. After I had passed all of the initial constraints to receive coverage.lovsax@ gmail.com.. I ended up giving the vehicle back to the finance company. Thanks a lot endurance.. I left one star only because this website makes you! Endurance is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. They gave my shop and me the run around. They sent an adjuster out approved some of the repairs, the shop repaired my vehicle and then all of the sudden nothing was covered. I advise you to avoid this company all all costs!!! Save your money and dont waste your time with these con artists.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I was sold a policy that would kick in 30 days after purchasing. Once I attempted to use the services it was brought to my attention that there was a clause in the agreement that was not discussed. I did wait that agreed 30 days but I was completely unaware of the milage requirement of the agreement. On 10/6/2023 I called the company to cancel our partnership. Liar. You cannot get entire refund even within 30 days. I contacted Endurance and wanted an extended warranty for my used car ****** Rogue. The first sales guy stated that you can get all your refund if you cancel it at any time with 30 days. So I said fine. In contrast, my customer representative experience was awful. Person was impatient, short and annoyed to explain my options...practically hanging up on me with a "Wish you, Luck." Feel lucky to have dodged Endurance.

Even tho they told me they are not like car shield they are they also come up with tech reason not to pay for a parts or anything, I called and cancel and ask for my money back and never got it.
