Worse warranty company ever!!! (They will lead you on). My policy number is (EVPU6280158) with Endurance. I purchased my policy for my daughter who is in high school and driving now. These folks denied my claim regarding my 2009 Outlander.I pay them them on time each month, yet I was informed that my claim was denied due to my car not falling within the recommended threshold date. This company is such a JOKE. After you pay your monthly fees, when something goes wrong with your vehicle they come with all kind of c*** not to honor the claim..I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE

If anyone is in the market for a car warranty, i advise you to STAY AWAY from ENDURANCE. I repeat, STAY AWAY from Endurance!!! They dont pay claims and when you cancel due to that reason, they prorate your return.I was doing the plan where i pay monthly. I paid them almost $900.. they are giving me a refund of $245!!! I basically just gave them $600 for NOTHING!!! The company is not up front with you when they sell you there, warranty. I told them before they sold me the warranty. To give me the best one. When I was inquiring about warranty I was told parts and labor would be covered at a dealership making repairs and rental would be covered from day one. Then when I took my vehicle after waiting period and **** miles to get checked I find out that nothing is going to get covered even though I purchased the premium warranty and I had to pay over $1800 for parts labor and rental.So no claim was paid I did cancel right after but endurance didn't start refund process until I called again to ask. I don't understand how a company sends out mail advising me of the 2023 price increase ( it's already Oct 2023) that has my name address and a " customer code" to reference to. I'm in **. Im a former customer who was told by ********************** that my torque converter was a preexisting condition. I qualified to have this unseen problem fixed, but I had only had the policy for 2 months, so they randomly determined the needed repair was preexisting. In reality, the only reason I took my car to ********************* was because I could feel that something was wrong, as I could feel that something wasnt right.
