I purchased a contract in January. Never had a claim until September. The brake calipers went out and my drive train needed to be replaced. They sent out an inspector to look at the truck. He told the repair shop that everything should be covered. We waited over a week with no response from Endurance. The shop finally got a hold of someone and said it was denied. Endurance warranty refused to pay a claim claiming sludge build up without a thorough inspection.

Dishonest inspectors. They do not support the customer. Will not pay on major car failures. i.e. transmission. Multiple calls and no resolution. Car still not fixed. I do not recommend signing any contracts with this company. Do not send them any money. Advertisements are false and misleading. I have cancelled my endurance policy. I am a veteran and am 65. Do not let this company trick you. I would give them a zero rating if I could. They only cover 3 oil changes per year at a 5 year cost of about $6000.00. Do not do it!

Endurance is a liar and a cheat, and I strongly advise against doing business with them since they are con artists. They rejected my claim by claiming that no service had been done on the car, which is a blatant falsehood given that the agent could utilize Carfax to determine the precise dates that my car had been serviced at the dealership where I purchased it. I called merely to find out how much it was because of the tv advertisement. The sales person on the line was very pushy and repeatedly refused to believe that as and elderly person solely on SS income that I could NOT afford their prices and has repeatedly send mail to me to get their insurance for auto warranty. I told them do NOT contact me by phone or mail. VERY PUSHY.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with endurance car warranty company (********** ******** Office) and their failure to honor the terms of the warranty I purchased . I had high expectations for their services, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. We purchased endurance for my husbands newly purchased used Dodge Ram truck it is a 2015. Shortly after purchase we began having issues. We took it to the dealer who told us the transmission was going out. We called endurance and one of their adjusters came out. Looked at the transmission and told the dealer that it wasnt the transmission and would not pay for the repairs. He said there was nothing wrong with the transmission.
