I purchased this warranty coverage they say they cover engine repair. Ive had the car in the shop 3 times every time I file a claim they denied it it states what is covered they dont follow what they say on the contract I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

DONT BUY AN ENDURANCE WARRANTY!!My claimed was first denied because endurance stated that my transmission had no fluid when my truck was brought to the shop; that was a lie. Even if it had low fluid due to a leak, why would that result in a denied claim? After my mechanic refuted said lie, Endurance stated that he was right, but it didnt matter because my warranty was void because I put bigger rims/tires on my truck. After my daughter tried to file a claim with this company and they would not cover it. All their terms were met and they still refused to cover the claim. Why pay for this coverage if all their going to do is deny your claims? A waste of money!
What a terrible company...I have been waiting for my refund for 4 months...they keep telling me it will be sent out...I will not recommend this company to anyone

I'm dealing with this company for the first time as I write this. What the adjuster is saying and what my mechanic is saying at a dealership are two different things. It sounds like endurance does not want to pay the claim because of the expense and they're using a leaking seal as an excuse for not covering my claim. This warranty company is misleading though they will pay in some cases for repairs, this company offers contracts to many unsuspecting customers who have limited knowledge of vehicles which puts them at an disadvantage. Marketers basically advise that their Services cover most items. The exception are wear and tear items. For example, they will not cover hoses as it is a wearable item, however many vehicles have hose attached to vehicle part assemblies. I signed up for Endurance Warranty on June 2023 with contract number EVPU6262225. During this time I kept making payments to maintain my warranty in case my Cadillac faces any issues. In September 2023 I needed repairs/replacement to the coolant reservoir, upper radiator hose and thermostat.My authorized service center called in to file a claim for repair. Endurance flat out refused to honor the warranty claim saying those items are not covered. However clearly on page 11 of 29 the thermostat is clearly mentioned as covered.... read more
