I purchased a warranty, met all of the wait restrictions, timelines and then filed a claim. I was told they would pay nothing on a $4000 A/C repair bill because my claim was a "pre-existing condition". With this logic, everything on a used car would be a "pre-existing" condition. Contacted the company directly and got no assistance.

On June 23, 2023, I signed up for an auto warranty with Endurance and they debited my checking account $157.52. They guarantee a refund if cancelled within 30 days, with no claims paid. I canceled on June 26, 2023. They promised a refund within 6 weeks. Its September 13 and still no refund. Ive called many times to inquire on status of refund and always give me some excuse for the delay. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

The worst company, worst experience ever. After 2 - 5 Star auto shops diagnosed our engine problem, (clearly meeting their criteria per our contract ) the company still denied our claim. We were not allowed to speak to anyone personally within the company, they put us through two weeks of wasted time having us provide maintenance records (which we did), then had our mechanics order a larger warranty engine, which resulted in zero help to us. Extremely slow, Ive had my car at the dealership for 2 months. Always waiting on them to approve a needed covered component. And 6 days rental is stupid. Especially when they dont approve basic needs for an all wheel drive car. Got a *** but wont work without the ***. And it came from their warehouse of parts. Not new as expected. Completely incompetent people. No one knows whats going on. Now again Im waiting for them to approve the unit. No communication with the dealership. Endurance is a rip off, I was told my car was covered down to the tires. Had a problem with my shift Assembly, endurance denied claim, but offer me financing

Theyre some thieves they just sell you a policy with no intention of letting you use it. I filed a claim and said it had been approved then they denied it because of preexisting conditions. The dealer even said its bull s*** They just find any excuse not to approve your claim.

If I could leave a less than one star, I would!!! They take your money and will NOT pay for anything written in the contract!!! I had to contact the *** in ********, to make a written complain regarding their "lies". I wanted an oil change (which is included in the contract), but they hung up on me 6-7 times and 3-4 times with my service Adviser.I am just one person, but a group of us have contacted a lawsuit attorney.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS company!!! I reached out to them to get a quote for an extended coverage policy. I have never had someone be so aggressive and condescending while trying to sell me something. He is the epitome of the old used car salesman. He quoted numbers quickly and then asked me to make a payment online before he would send me anything in writing. I said that I wasn't giving him anything without reviewing it in writing to which he responded... "It's not how you want it, it's how Endurance does it." I am very unhappy that endurance would not pay for my repairs for my 2010 cadillac SRX. I need a transmission and a motor but of course they are blaming me for the motor I made sure I kept up with regular maintenance on my car my last oil change my husband did for me and my oil must be leaking some where because I had no idea I was out of oil so my motor went on me and my transmission it was not my fault.
