After paying off the warranty, $2,400, the company DECLINED to repair a water pump in a 2013 **** Edge because the radiator flush was done at ******* miles instead of *******, "recommended" in the Owners Manual. I had a emergency claim but couldn't use the warranty until I finished driving 133 miles to finish the **** miles to be driven to get the warranty started it was a let down

Endurance car extended coverage has not helped me at all. In the past year Ive spent over $8,000 on repairs, they helped once with a third of the covered work paid. I had to pay the rest. I also had to pay for extended diagnostic. The certified mechanics diagnosis wasnt good enough. Now I need a transmission and Endurance wants me to pay to have the transmission taken apart so they can see why it went bad to see if its covered or not.

This company is a scam that has gone above and beyond to deny our claim. Our car battery died while out driving and was given a jump by another driver. Unfortunately this caused our entire dashboard function to turn off including the mileage record. When we took it to the dealership to have it fixed, they were not able to record the exact mileage at the time since the dashboard was not working. My car was totaled in April 2023. Was told to send request to cancel in June for refund. Sent request 06/25/23. Was told to wait four to eight weeks. Now I'm told that I'm not due a refund. I'm 68 years old and don't need to be taken advantage of.
