Endurance is a scam, take it as it is! All of those issues mentioned apply pretty much to my case. I bought my car used with 138k miles, all being serviced prior, including oil change, and you name it, before I was willing to sign and pay cash, 9k for a 2013 ***** S60 T5. Im with ************ My F 250 overheated and warped the heads on my 6.0 diesel. The shop wrote it up and submitted the quote. Endurance turned it down because the shop included gaskets in the quote. The shop took the gaskets off the quote BUT Endurance said they were only taking the first quote. I even had a different shop quote but it didnt do any good. They keep bragging of how they cover everything. We had four separate events where we Endurance for our extended warranty. All four they refused to cover making our out of pocket expense over a total of close to $10,000. They did offer us added months of free coverage. Which was worthless because it ment nothing based on their service. So people dont be fooled by adds on TV. They will gladly take your money and promise you a service they never will provide. This company is complete BS. When we first signed up we told them the cat has been deleted on our vehicle. And when we called back to the warranty to help cover the cost of our transmission, they stated that they wont be able to cover it because of the cat deletion. I was sent this email under false pretense, as I am NOT the one who decided to cancel my policy. In truth, ENDURANCE dropped me. I opened this policy in May 2023 with my vehicle at ******* miles, at this time my vehicle was fine. I bought this warranty for my 2018 jeep wrangler January 13 2023 My heros been in the shop for over a month now. This company is denying my claim because they have multiple proof I deliver mail out of it. Im a city carrier. The post office has to give me a government vehicle everyday I work. I purchased a warranty contract from Endurance 2 years ago for my wife's 2015 **** Escape. Recently she called informing me that she couldn't get the car out if neutral. I had the car towed to a shop recommended by Endurance and was told later that the issue (a shift cable had broken) wasn't covered by my policy. Endurance Warranty Company is a scam! They're crooked and have no integrity! They're trained liars, con artists, thieves and manipulators! They lure you in with the alleged promise of financial security for vehicle failures but when you need to submit a claim for repairs they deny every claim every time.
