I wasn't able to leave anything less than a 1 star review or I would have. The obvious troll 5 stars are employees of this company. they will not cover your claim. You better have same color paint, same windshield wipers, same tires, same rims, same antenna, same apps, no seat covers, same floor mats.., or they will use any/all of this to deny your claim. Save your money from payments and put in a jar and you will soon have an emergency auto repair fund built up. good luck.
OMG, trying to get off their mailing list is crazy. Reps rush you off the phone, get smart, ask repeatedly why you want to get off the list -- I can't believe what I went through trying to get off. I would NEVER use this company after this.
My 87-year-old mom didn't understand what the warranty was and bought it thinking she owed it. She called to cancel and was unsure if they canceled it or not, so she asked me to call with her and confirm it. I called customer ********************** with my mom and spoke with a representative named *** to simply confirm the cancellation. Instead of confirming, he said we owed $800 in "reclassification" fees and that she would owe $3,500 in fixing her car. I bought a used car and endurance warranty keeps sending me paperwork to join them and I keep telling them I don't want to join them and they keep sending paperwork and they're very rude when you call to tell them to quit sending me paperwork and she hung up on me
This company is a scam, I had trouble with a bad master cylinder and an *** actuator pump that clearly is covered on the policy and theyre saying its not covered because the master cylinder seal leaked and it caused the *** component to fail, Im a recently retired ************* and my specialties were BRAKES, SUSPENSION AND STEERING, HVAC, the only reason a master cylinder fails is when the seal leaks and it looses pressure so how is it that this is not covered even though it says in the policy it is covered, basically dont ... read more
The **** dealership fought for me to get my turbocharger replaced on my 2015 F-350, even though all the codes and manufacturer required troubleshooting pointed to the problem. He claimed the mechanic at the **** dealership would not let him take it for a check ride. The **** mechanic told me, he said "I told the inspector I cannot go with you because I'm so busy right now and can't be gone for a 25 mile check ride. This people is a total scam first replaces parts with refurbished parts, changed my alternator they refused to pay what the auto part asked for a new part and they just shipped the part to the mechanic and didnt even lasted a year and the second time the transmission had a problem and they didnt want to pay for it. I purchased a warranty with Endurance in April 2023. I was hounded by their representatives to acquire a warranty after expressing interest. Per the representative I bought the premium plan and paid my first premium (down payment). I sought car repair in May 2023 and was informed the premium plan did not cover my repairs nor my rental. I ended up paying $3000+ out of pocket for repairs. I requested to cancel my policy because of all the red tape and fine print after being mislead by the saleman. I found Endurance not to be trustworthy. From the start we were lied to about our plan and then when we called to get it right we werent told all the information correctly. I will never use them again. I rate them with poor customer **********************. Everyone is not on the same page. Retrain customer ********************** so that they give correct information
