Had insurance for a year and they declined transmission repair on my XTerra. Very disappointing as the *** is very much needed by my family and they did not live up to their part of the contract, IMO.

We purchased a used *** Car and knew repair costs were to be high so decided to research and find best company to serve are needs. Endurance came to the top of our list and our sales agent was great. Purchased a 5 yr. warranty with ******* miles and it included Maintenace for $5800. We changed oil and filter in the car the next day, it's a good idea to do this on used car purchases. Predatory practices.Endurance will send an official looking notice explaining they "will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicule". Small prints reads: "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage".They are clearly preying on the sense of urgency of people.

I purchased this Warranty back in April of 2022 and only used it for oil changes etc. It was for my wifes 2013 Chevrolet Impala LT which we purchased used with a salvage title. I was looking for a Warranty that would cover it and I specifically stated that this is a salvaged title vehicle and I am looking for a true bumper to bumper warranty that will give us piece of mind. ******** paid 120 bucks for 2 years and they denied a 100 dollar axle claim they will find any reason to deny a claim and it will take days for them to even get back to the mechanic for them to do the work my car sat in the shop for 1 week I paid for a rental and they denied an all wheel drive axle over a worn out strut saying the strut caused the axle to fail lol it's a joke straight scam it's actually not even a company they are really mepco and endurance is a 3rd party if you don't tow your car into a shop they will say y... read more

DO NOT UNDER any circumstances purchase Endurance policy!!!!! My vehicle has been sitting three weeks while Endurance tries to decide about my claim. My dealer discovered a bad transfer case and notified Endurance that the factory sealed unit needed to be replaced. Endurance sent an adjuster who looked at the unit and tried to talk my service technician into breaking into the factory sealed transfer case and charge me for the labor. Not a good place. They are nice on the phone, but will not pay on a claim. After several verbal "approvals" of my claim they have still not paid. They look into the account each time I call, then suddenly they disconnect with no call back. I have heard things from them sending the check already, to it was sent to the wrong address (in a different state), to just need 1 more approval from the auditor, to your claim was closed already right....Needless to say, this is a SCAM company.

I have only just signed up so it's too early to tell what having to file a claim will be like. I actually hope I never do. I bought the insurance hoping that maybe karma would keep my vehicle from breaking down so she could listen to me complain about paying premiums for something I never used...
