Customer ********************** was okay to work with. But the roadside assistance program is horrible, it is outsourced. They can barely speak English, they called me up. They berated me yelled at me. Promise me a toe the same day and never got it had to literally pay out of my own pocket after I was promised for 5 hours on the phone I would get a tow truck to my house... In all good conscience I couldnt give them a half a star! This is absolutely the worst company Ive ever tried to do Business with, the one time I tried to use them The tow company wasnt able to verify my membership because they were closed! When I called to cancel my warranty because I sold the car I was pressured into adding my new car 2 days later I tried to cancel I was yelled at ridiculed laughed at and Told how stupid I was going with another company and how they were gonna rip me off, it seems like bullying and pressur... read more
I am an Elite Member of Endurance and my vehicle has been in the shop for a week waiting for a claim to get approved to get the ** fixed. The adjuster denied the claim because they said the tires were aftermarket. When I called the claims department they said I would need to pay an extra charge because of the aftermarket tires.I wonder how the tires are connected to the **? hmm.Seems like a sleezy way to deny a claim and to make more money.
A scam rip off very disappointed paid for 3 mos then my electrical on my compressor stopped working in the middle of July the hottest month, it was covered but cus I didn't drive 500 more miles, I'm a old disabled lady that I don't drive much just go to food store and dr. they would not fix my car and denied my claim they said 30days and **** miles well I called them the day before to check what to do, she said I was ok to take to shop it would be covered, they lied found a loophole to not pay my claim, sick old people don't... read more
This company deserves no stars at all. I canceled my policy after 9 months Never filing one claim. I paid in a total of a ******** and there still not returning any money as of yet. They explicitly tell you that they will refund your money if you don't file a claim and you want to cancel your policy. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company. Because they We'll take your money and not refund it.
I filed a claim on my vehicle after 3 months and ***** miles of purchasing the warranty. I took the vehicle to a *********************************** wouldn't accept their recommendations as to the problem with the vehicle. Endurance sent an inspector to inspect the vehicle & the result was the same as the dealers. After over a month & a half of submitting documents my claim was denied due to non verifiable documents of maintenance work that was performed prior to purchase of the contract. Absolutely the worse service I have ever had. First, they give misinformation to both me and my repair shop. I asked for a manager and they would not transfer me to one. I got a bad transmission 2x and Third time I have to wait a another month for a transmission to built and endurance has refused to give me a rental all 3 times. I have never gone through such a terrible experience with my other warranty company.
They are the worst..I have filed now 5 claims with the and still can't get nothing fixed. In there document the say if the non-insured part is connected to the insured part and the non-insured part failed witch cause the insured part to fail the then insured part is not covered.Just stright c***
I have numerous times asked this company to remove me from their mailing list. They have refused unless I send them a copy of my driver's license. I don't feel that I should share that information. So they said I would continue to receive their unsolicited mail.The first time I received a mailing, I got upset because I thought it was for a vehicle I just purchased and it's warranty.
