Im a single parent, combat disabled veteran with a vision disability. I purchase warranty after I retrieve my moms car after her death, which holds a very sentimental value to me. I purchase my warranty on 8/22 and ask the salesperson to read it to me due to my vision impairment. My car broke down in June 2023 for transmission repair but they refused to honor their agreement due to the tires are oversized by 1.2%. They did not pay out on a claim because they said that I ran low on fluids that I could have never known about. I purchased a used car and took out this policy because they said they were better then their competitors and their competitors bought their policies from them. All information given was missing. Now I have a vehicle with less then ******* miles on it that isn't running.

I purchased a contract with Endurance for my 2012 Dodge Durango RT April 2023. Didn't receive a contract until May 22. I had my car service on June 12. I was told to move forward with my claim I need to submit paperwork of my last service seen on carfax and 3 current oil changes. I did so and was told my claim was denied due to lack of information on my oil changes. I spoke to a rep and he told me to move forward with my claim I need the invoices with my Name, Vin # and mileage and that would be it. I did so upon requested. ... read more

This car warranty is the worst I've ever seen I wouldn't buy it if again I wouldn't even take it if they gave it to me for free they promise you all this stuff and you're paying all this money every month and then you go to have a repair done and you find out that it's not covered at all for some stupid little thing I needed a CV axle which they said is what is covered but because the boots torn and the boots not covered when it's all one piece they deny your claim this is going to be the worst there is out there I wouldn't ... read more

Save yourself disappointment an anger, avoid this company. Like many of you owning an older vehicle or simply wanting peace of mind against over priced repairs. I chose a policy with this Endurance, an man was I let down. After having my coverage nearly two years the unfortunate time came. An I needed my water pump replaced. An easy fix or so I thought since it was a covered part. But since it was determined a faulty seal caused the failure . My claim was denied completely. I feel like I was sold one warranty and then when it comes time to file a claim, told the opposite. They use a company called *************** for the claims and they are difficult to deal with..I dont recommend Endurance at all.customer ********************** is terrible and the policy coverage is not what they say it is.
