Worst experience ever except with the last person I spoke to in cancelation department. Had a discrepancy in mileage that was off 258 miles. **** pump went out on my son's car **** 328i 2012). Make sure you have ecact mileage per carfax when taking out the policy on a vehicle. Repair was $2306 as they denied the claim and rewrote the policy. They denied my claim to fix my car. I gave them what they asked for.
COMPLETE SCAM!!! AVOID!!! Horrific, I purchased a top of the line policy. A year later my car broke down while out of town over ***** miles from home. I took the car to the dealership and then Endurance stated my mileage when I signed up was different then when I received an oil change and thus they needed to rewrite the policy and nothing was covered. I had multiple conversations with them on the phone when setting up the policy and it seems they intentionally left the estimated mileage on the contract as a shady exit claus... read more
Not please with the warranty purchased or the representative I spoke with today. Warranty explained one way. Had a claim filed and service needed not covered.
I was stuck in **** and ******** denied the repair of qualified parts becuase they did not get along with the ********* shop. What am i paying for then?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
This is the worst company bought a truck. Put the extended warranty on it. Drove my vehicle for **** miles. *** transmission went out and they said it was a pre-existing thing after I put **** miles .I would not recommend it to no one
The worst company ever, please dont give them yall money , I cancel my account with them , I never use them at all because they wad giving my mechanic the run around, I did everything they ask me to get my refund back , they told me my refund will back to me in 6 weeks , I waited for the 6 weeks still no refund , but dont worry the attorney general will be sending them a letter soon, so I could get my refund money back and put a complaint about them , I hope before yall get this letter from the attorney general I get my mone... read more
This program is not worth the money. It is a fraud and ripoff.Satisfaction is not guaranteed.DO NOT BELIEVE THE ** COMMERICAL/ ADS. They will not send you a paper copy of the contract. When the sm bus repair shops in my area would not accept the 3rd party warranties in ******** because they do not like chasing down their money. THIS A BAD SERVICE CONTRACT TO INVEST IN.DO NOT BUY THIER SERVICE.
Endurance warranty is the biggest scam, they do not communicate to the customer and they will not cover what they clame they will cover. They will try everything to get out of covering your vehicle and honoring what they clame to cover. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
