They a scam dont trust that company at all they dont fix anything when its time to pay
My direct phone access to customer ********************** was blocked by a free give away program that took about 10 minutes. The agent then would not authorize any payment because of a Car Fax mileage error that occured 2 years ago and asked me to submit an affidavit to show it was corrected. Not the kind of service I expected when my car needs repair at that very moment.
NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE. I ended up paying ****** for a diagnostic test and had to wait for an inspector to come and approve the service. which took too long and I was out of another ***** to take an uber back and forth to work. just for this company to deny service on my vehicle. i canceled this service and would not recommend it to anyone. im waiting on my refund i would hate to take them to court...
Fraud or suspected fraud. They send postal mail about cars that never existed to our address to the person who never did own the same model and make, but they get it all wrong anyhow. Useless and unnerving. I would not trust them based on this and wonder what they used to conjure up this misinformation. I would not call as it is risky to do so given the oddity of the situation.
If you CANCEL, you need a notary public statement to so do.
From today ***** was fantastic, everyone else including the first person were unpleasant.
I currently have a claim for repairs to my car. It can take several days to actually get to speak to someone regarding the claim because you will be on hold for hours until you get tired of waiting and hang up. I felt very high pressure to purchase this warranty, and I was assured that I had bumper to bumper coverage. I was even coerced into paying an extra $20.00 to get the Elite package for 1 year.The claim was not flatly denied but they only want to cover $600.00 of the $2300.00 repair cost. ************************* I believe that this company is not a good company to have, it looks for Loopholes not to cover a warranty, this is the second time that this company has failed to cover a covered Component ,this time my power steering pump went bad, and causing the vehicle to start leaking. The representative started talking out very professional then when I told her right know I am not able to pay but I will call back in Aug she goes on to ask me how am I able to make meet my daily needs if I can't afford $134 I would not be able to afford 400 dollars in Aug it's very unprofessional for a representative to ask a customer how they are able to meet there needs I AM DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY AND I MIGHT TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE She needs reprimand
