I have been with this company for 3 years and once again they are denying my claim. This is the worst car warranty service because they have these hidden coverages that they say would cover your car if you upgrade and when you do they deny your claim. I should have known if its not in writing it doesn't exist and regardless if I had chosen the superior it wouldn't have made a difference they would have still denied my claim. Received a letter from them. I DO NOT have a service plan with them. This is clearly a scam and meant for people who are gullible. Don't reply if you receive a letter and place a review here.
You tell me to see your BBB rating but BBB says you have no rating with BBB. BBB says you are not accredited with BBB

I purchased a policy with Endurance in May. So the vehicle seem like it didnt want to start and check engine was on. I spoke ke to customer ********************** and a supervisor. Scheduled appointment at a licensed shop and the claim was denied. They stated the list of problems happened before the claim was purchased. It has been over 1 month and I still have not gotten my car back. Endurance chose not to use a ****** transmission in my ****** Sentra. I chose Eagle Transmission because the manager there worked for ****** for over 20 years and he fixed a friends transmission and my nephews transmission (both ******'s) very quickly and its been 3 years and 4 years respectively with no issues. The service was terrible. They left me stranded three days.
After reviewing my policy, it did not meet my expectations as laid out by ***********'s pitch.I had 30 days to cancel penalty and hassle free.....supposedly. Yesterday, 17 days into the contract I called Endurance and tried to cancel the policy. I was handed off to their enforcer ****, who was having nothing to do with allowing me to go through the process.
