Do not get a warranty from this company. The contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Wouldn’t cover my engine replacement. Contract is geared towards them getting out of paying.
The reviews on here have nothing to do with receiving services unlike the complaints. This company has harassed me on SEVERAL occasions to purchase a warranty from them. I am not interested and find them to be pushy and over the top.The bottom line is when you purchase a warranty and need work done places like these will take your money and leave you with the bill. Anyone can be nice until its time to do what you were paid to do.
My initial call to get the warranty was very easy and I felt really good about the choice. I was told I would get the contract the next day via email, and it did not come. A week later I had billing information but not a contract - so I called and was emailed a contract immediately. However - there was an error in the contract that added **** miles to my odometer reading at the time of the contract. Phishing emails sent using a misleading email address - trying to unsubscribe lands you onto a quote page and does not allow you to unsubscribe.
Although they fixed my truck in the end they first cancelled my policy cause of my service dog sticker on side said it was commercial so had to submit my registration and insurance to show it wasnt, then they went with cheaper fix instead of transmission which was recommended by their own inspector that repair was $2000 didnt fix the issue so they replaced transmission and now say they arent covering the ************ when they are the ones that choose to do it first to save money. Now Im possibly on hook for the $2000
They gave my mechanic 3 days of runaround. I had to call twice. Then they said they wouldnt pay for some work, I needed my front end done. I was without my car for 5 days, two were waiting for them to pay them. He had to call them after they said it would be only a couple of hours. Then they only paid about half. I pay a lot per month, was told I had their best policy but only half of the front end was all they paid. Im not happy. ********************* on them.
