Still waiting for a claim to be approved since Monday. This is totally unacceptable, since they, do not have a problem collecting your monthly payments. They are doing everything they can to denied you.
zero!!!! Absolutely garbage! Do not waist your money. They will not pay dealership rates or part prices and you will have to "endure" the difference in cost! This time they approved a certain labor rate and after the fact dealership relived it was actually not approved and work was already done and now guest has to pay over another $1000.00 that was not expected. I received there warranty service, they took my money, but I was forced to give an mileage for my vehicle which I didnt have at that moment. So I gave the company what I thought I reminded but unfortunately it was off by ***** miles. This is the worst extended warranty company I have ever had to deal with. I paid well over ******* to cover my 2012 *** 650i. I paid for the extra add-on to cover seals and gaskets. Brought my car into a shop for various issues, one of which was the cylinder head cover gasket was leaking oil. This is a labor intensive job, so it was going to be pricey. They refused it because they said that the seals and gaskets add-on only applies to where such seal or gasket is being used on a covered part. So, because it was "verbally" id... read more
These ratings are all done by their own social media team, I can guarantee. This company is criminal. I've been paying for my warranty for over a year and change and had nothing and I mean nothing wrong with my car at the time. Come Jan. 1st of this year we had an issue, brought it right into the shop. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. They don't want to help at all. Not good so far. Reviewed my contract was told I bought the best. ****** went out and other parts contract said covered. Went to their preferred shop drivers edge. Told by **** the Manger need rent car for at least 4days. He talked as no problem. So pay ****** for rent car then get told by drivers edge all denied. Go to pick up vehicle drivers edge wants ******. They never told me that nor gave me any paperwork. Their preferred provider also tried to file claims on numerous repairs I did not ask for. I would do Less than one but its not an option. The staff is not versed in products and services there is lots of redirecting and misinformation. I have a claim from 2022 that has not been resolved and I've spent hours getting nowhere... Just horrible service!
This last rep was polite and courageous very helpful and understanding,the only problem l have is the way their policies are set up,for as customer change mind on their ******************** they refuse to give people back there full refund,l am not happy with that type of service,wich is causing me to send out review on not signing up with this company.
