I thought buying an extended warranty would suffice for paying out of pocket more than a deductible, but I was wrong. I paid $34 more for labor because a set price is allowed for warranty purposes in areas companies list and its not in the contract. So I paid $134 instead of $100 quoted in *********. It's a rip off and I'm not happy about it. I will be looking for a warranty that will gladly pay repair shops labor, parts, and everything else required.

Scam! They Called everyday until we agreed to purchasing a 3 year policy. Knowing we had a commercial vehicle and got a commercial policy with over ******* miles on vehicle when policy started, 1st claim entered was denied when everything bumper to bumper was supposed to be covered. Scam! Dont listen to the lies they tell to get you to sign up because they are going to find any reason to deny your claim.

These people are the worst!! DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY IT'S A SCAM. We purchased a warranty for $3,000. To our car into the ** dealer to get fixed. Repairs Were not covered. While it was in the shop the mechanic discovered another issue in the motor. They called the warranty company. Again THAT WAS ALSO DECLINED. I took it upon myself to call and again nothing came of it. $1500 in repairs and they refused to pay anything. What happens if your on a trip with your family and your car breaks down? I personally would not recommend Endurance When I needed a repair I had to wait OVER A WEEK for somebody to give the approval to the shop to do the repair AND THEN after everything was started on the repair I was told that the value of my truck was all the warranty would cover so I was told I only had like $1100.00 left for any future repairs for the rest of my contract which was like 3 and a half years mind you I put only (roughly 500 miles on the truck since I bought it at the beginning of ********* couldn't get it registe... read more

They lie, they don't say the same thing twice. They didn't send me the entire contract when I signed up... missing 4 pages... They don't stand behind their product. They find the smallest loophole so they don't have to pay a claim... did I mention THE ****** ****

Very disappointed- initially told by customer ********************** rep my Tacoma suspension system/wheel bearing & o-ring was covered on my policy but when the dealer service coordinator notified Endurance Claims was told the repair was not covered under my policy. This is the second time EndurAnce has turned down my auto repair claim. I've paid monthly for almost 3 years and never missed a payment but got only negative responses in turn. ***** hindsight I should have never started what I thought was a ********************... read more

I've been paying into this policy for about 3 years and I called in first and they told me I was covered, when I went to ******** to pick up my car, I ws told they said I am not covered and I had to pay over 1k out of pocket. It's been a waste of money for me.

Bought a warranty for my truck after 3 month I had a lifter failure. Took it to a shop they diagnosed it and submitted a claim. After 3 weeks of back and forth being told different thing by customer ********************** agents. One particular time when me and my service advisor kept getting different requests we called one right after another and were told conflicting things by two different customer ********************** agents.
