I tried to file a claim and **************** told me I wasn't covered. I called Endurance and they told me that I am covered. Made many phone calls and was assured our policy was good and the repairs would be covered. Took my truck to the shop again and they told them that the repairs weren't covered still. This is a scam warranty company, they spend all their money on commercials to try to look legit, rather than paying out for what parts actually cost and what labor rates are. They seem to make up labor times for jobs that a half of what a dealership quotes and refuse to cover most things that need covered. I was told I had the top of the line platinum coverage and so far they have just argued every aspect of my claim leaving me to pay over 3/4ths of the claim myself out of pocket. I have an insurance policy with endurance, and now that my vehicle is not working due to engine issue, they don't want to pay to fix it. Gave me the run around for days, got straighten out on carfax what they told me needs to be fixed, and they still denied my claim. These people will take your money and give you a hard time with paying the bill when something goes wrong with your vehicle. Now I have to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit which is going to cost more money.

I am in the ****************** and when I got my orders to go on deployment I wanted to leave my wife and child with peace of mind and insurance so if anything happens, she will be covered since I am not here to take care of things . Had the best plan they offered for about five months , my wife called me and let me know that the car had to get towed and it was at the shop. I had endurance for over two years and finally had to use it after all that money I paid into it, only to find out the licensed mechanic shops said they wouldnt accept it because Endurance will not pay. So now I am canceling after trusting this comoany and wasting so much money. Terrible!

Wonderful customer ********************** while I was in process of canceling. I felt harassed by several agents. Endurance offers what I thought were competitive rates and services. I was wrong. My mechanic shop doesn't work with this company. I got a much better rate elsewhere with another company my shop will work with.

I think this is a rip off. I tried to file a claim and they told me I wasn't covered I call them back and they told m that I am covered, I took my truck to the shop and they told them that the repairs wasn't covered I had to call my insurance company and they took care of my problem. I am ready to cancel my account.

My elderly mother was called by Endurance and talked into purchasing an extended warranty. When my siblings and I found out, we called to cancel. We were informed that we needed a form notarized. We did that and returned it. 3 months later, our mom has a warranty again. BE AWARE!!! They prey upon the elderly!!!

I feel like I got screwed out of a claim by endurance and the repair shop. They both said that they are not responsible for the transmission cooling lines. The repair shop claimed that the failure was caused by another component, the cooling lines to which endurance said that they won't cover it either. A 6-month-old transmission repair went down the toilet because of cooling line failure. Pay attention to the cooling lines with each transmission repair or replacement, you could get stuck in the middle like me. I just though... read more
